Do you provide all your own products and equipment?
Yes, we bring all our own products and equipment! Unless you have a preferred product you’d like us to use, we come fully equipped with everything needed. We primarily use "For All," an Australian brand based in Melbourne. It’s a gentle, chemical-free cleaner that smells great and is safe for both children and pets.
Why do you always start with a deep clean during the first visit?
Based on experience, the initial clean usually takes longer as I familiarise myself with your home’s layout and where everything is. I also perform a thorough clean of the bathroom and kitchen to make future maintenance cleaning more efficient and effective.
Do I have to be home?
I understand the importance of getting to know each other and building trust, but you absolutely don’t need to be home during the cleaning. In fact, it can sometimes be a bit awkward with you present, especially when vacuuming or during Zoom meetings.
What if either party needs to cancel last minute?
I understand that these situations can arise. As a parent of young children, I am honest with my clients that illness can sometimes lead to cancellations. I will always do my best to reschedule your cleaning as soon as possible. Life happens—people get sick, and sometimes keys are forgotten.
